The Service — including its software, source code, design, user interfaces, text, graphics, logos, and all related materials — is owned by Motivision Group Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in our Terms of Use, no rights are transferred to you.
“Motivision” is a trademark of Motivision Group Inc. You may not use it without our prior written permission, and you may not use it in a way that is likely to cause confusion about affiliation or that disparages Motivision.
Our logos and other brand elements remain our property and are protected by copyright as described above, whether or not they are registered as trademarks. Other product and company names mentioned in the Service may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
Organizations and their users retain ownership of the athlete, roster, and training information they enter into the Service. Motivision’s handling of that information is governed by our Privacy Policy, and your use of the Service is governed by our Terms of Use.
Subject to the Terms of Use, we grant account holders a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for their organization’s internal training purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service or any part of it, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
We respect the intellectual-property rights of others. If you believe material available in or through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@motivision.us including: (a) your contact information; (b) a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (c) a description of where the allegedly infringing material is located; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
